ABOUT US

The Full Story

With close to fifteen years as a Wellness Practitioner, with my own business, and my combined background in holistic and allied health, I have fine-tuned my skills and my focus on childbirth and women's care, intuitive wellness, and corrective exercise. I found that when it came time for me to take a class or work on my CEUS, the struggle to balance my full-time job(s), life, and classes became overwhelming. Later on, along my life path, I started teaching my own classes to my clients and the community, and eventually became a Massage Therapy Instructor with a college. When that school closed, I realized how much I enjoyed teaching in a classroom. I have taken many online classes over the years and took note of what worked and what didn't.

I create all of my classes and Professional CEUS with that one factor in mind. What works, and doesn't work for YOU. How YOU are busy working, maybe being a parent, living life. I want to bring you "Dóchas" or hope into your life.
